Online marketplace for vacation rental owners uses Tabular to create a low-maintenance data lakehouse
Fairly is a labor marketplace and financial operating system for vacation rental owners. They utilize Tabular on AWS for managed Apache Iceberg services as well as streaming database (CDC) events and streaming app events into Iceberg tables.
Tabular has made it incredibly easy for us to turn the data we were already storing in AWS into a structured, scalable lakehouse that we own and control. We were able to realize this dream because Tabular handles the Iceberg maintenance tasks we simply wouldn’t have been able to staff against. We use Tabular for streaming CDC data from AWS Aurora and event data from Amazon EventBridge. Our lakehouse powers analytics and is a key aspect of our compliance program.
